American Youth Policy Forum: To manage a dropout recovery discussion group, with the aim of developing a policy paper on improving high school retention and increasing dropout recovery efforts, and to organize field trips for national policymakers to see dropout prevention/recovery programs in the context of high school reform.
Center on Education Policy: To support monitoring of the implementation of the No Child Left Behind Act at the state and district level.
National Association of State Boards of Education: To support the publication and dissemination of an adolescent literacy report.
